We follow up to clarify access, levels, drainage and finish preferences, and flag anything that needs a closer look on site or input from another professional.
The proposed work sets out removal, preparation, concrete, finish and cleanup, with exclusions and assumptions stated plainly so quotes can be compared fairly.
Excavation, base, formwork and reinforcement are set out before the concrete arrives. The surface is then placed and finished to the detail agreed in the scope.
Return-to-use timing, cleaning and any sealing are agreed at handover, so the new surface is looked after properly from its very first days.
